Terms of Service

1. Service Provider and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the contractual relationship between Car-Vault UAE FZ-LLC("Car-Vault", "we", "us", "our") and vehicle owners ("you", "your") utilizing our premium vehicle acquisition services throughout the United Arab Emirates.

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be 18+ years or older
• Service available only in UAE
• Service Scope: Premium car buyout service with instant payout via bank transfer or cash

2. Vehicle Acquisition Process

2.1 Remote Assessment

Online video inspection including walk-around video, VIN verification, and odometer reading

2.2 Professional Verification

30-minute on-site verification by certified inspectors

2.3 Valuation Validity

Offers valid for 48 hours from generation

2.4 Final Market Price

Final price determined after physical inspection and may differ from initial estimate

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for:

• Fraudulent vehicle information
• Stolen vehicles
• Vehicles with undisclosed liens or encumbrances
• Vehicles not owned by the seller
• Commercial vehicles outside our scope

4. User Representations

By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• True ownership of the vehicle
• No undisclosed liens or encumbrances
• Accurate vehicle information
• Legal right to sell the vehicle

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

• Bank transfer
• Cash

5.2 KYC Requirements

KYC verification required per UAE AML/CFT regulations

5.3 Processing Times

Bank transfers processed within 24 hours of inspection completion

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed AED 5,000 or total fees paid (whichever is lower).

We exclude liability for:

• Consequential damages
• Indirect losses
• Lost profits

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car-Vault from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misrepresentation of vehicle information.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UAE law and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (non-DIFC).
